Brighton House Associates Appoints Marc Avila Chief Technical Officer
Hedge Fund Application Start Up Accelerates Infrastructure Growth
HOPKINTON, Mass., March 19, 2007 – Brighton House Associates, LLC, the developer of SalesDesk™, the first Internet-based CRM application purpose-built for the hedge fund industry, today announced the appointment of Marc Avila as the company’s new Chief Technical Officer.
In his post as CTO, Avila is responsible for the continued development and evolution of the SaleDesk hedge fund CRM platform, including system design, technical support and managing BHA’s team of software developers. Avila will also be charged with creating a deep technology development and support organization and with managing all outside technology vendor relationships.

Prior to his appointment as Brighton House Associates’ CTO, Avila was co-founder and CEO of 3 Media Web Solutions in Shrewsbury, Mass. Under Avila’s direction, 3 Media Web has developed, managed and hosted Web sites, B2B applications, internet marketing tools and database integration for clients in a range of industries nationwide since 2001. Previously, Avila held Web development positions at Ascential Software and Informix Software, as well as spearheaded Internet development projects for IBM.
