BRIGHTON HOUSE ASSOCIATES Appoints Key Staff;
Expands into New Office Space to Accommodate growth

Company Moves to Marlborough, Mass.; Appoints Chief Software Architect; VP, Business Development and Sales & Marketing Staff

HOPKINTON, Mass., June 18, 2007 – Brighton House Associates, LLC (BHA), the leader in on-demand solutions for the hedge fund marketplace, announced today that it has moved its headquarters from Hopkinton, Mass, to 6,000 square foot facilities at 4 Mount Royal Avenue, Suite 140, Marlborough, Mass. In addition to the move, the company has made a number of key appointments to accommodate its fast growth since the launch of the company’s flagship product, SalesDesk, last month. BHA has appointed Michael DeFraga, chief software architect; Phillip Ibrahim, vice president, business development; and Shelley Lei, marketing associate.

Michael J. DeFraga, Chief Software Architect, is responsible for managing and overseeing the design and development of SalesDesk, an advanced tool for hedge fund marketers that combines the industry’s most advanced database of investors, robust customer relationship management features, and a large team of relationship advisors to enable clients to better connect with investors and manage their sales and marketing efforts.

Before joining Brighton House Associates, Michael was the President and Technical Director of 3 Media Web Solutions, where he was instrumental in integrating disparate systems because of his vast experience with numerous development platforms.

Phillip Ibrahim, VP of Business Development, is responsible for accelerating and managing BHA’s growth. He previously was principal of an innovative internet retail website. The site leveraged technology to reach out to a globally fragmented market grossing more than $40 million in five years.

In addition to these appointments, Brighton House Associates has expanded the number of its research analysts, to continue to build upon and update its database of qualified investors quickly and accurately.
