Current Openings:

Research Analyst

BHA is actively seeking research analysts to join an impressive team. Analysts source qualified investors for fund managers, provide timely support for marketing road shows, and maintain strong relationships with a variety of investors. Responsibilities include researching and interviewing sophisticated institutional and private investors to learn about their current investment preferences and to build relationships. In addition, analysts write weekly and quarterly articles for the company's publications, which are distributed to more than 30,000 industry professionals.

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or marketing, or a related field, is required. A passion for financial markets, a drive to excel, and a keen eye for detail are essential. In addition, candidates must have superior writing and verbal communication skills, as well as a persuasive and amiable demeanor. The ability to quickly adapt in a constantly changing industry is a must for success. Prior experience or knowledge of the alternative investment industry is a plus. Individuals will work from the firm's Southborough headquarters.

Intern

BHA is interested in hearing from qualified candidates for research intern positions. Individuals will be responsible for researching sophisticated institutional and private investors and for performing basic maintenance on an alternative investor database. The latter includes cleaning and vetting investor lists, updating critical data points, and adding new investors. Interns will work from the firm's Southborough headquarters.

Ideal candidates will have course experience in business, finance, economics, or marketing, or a related area. They will have an eye for detail, possess the drive to take ownership of their work, and stand out in a team environment. We require excellent verbal skills and the ability to write clearly and professionally about the alternative investment industry. Candidates should be persuasive, amiable, and extremely driven. Prior experience with qualitative or quantitative research and analysis is a plus.

Account Executive

BHA is currently seeking experienced account executives to call on alternative investment fund managers and sell our mandate database. The ideal candidate will have achieved success selling in the financial marketplace, preferably within the alternative investment or institutional arenas. He or she must be comfortable with cold-calling, have the ability to work in a team environment, and have a verifiable track record of exceeding quota.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or marketing, or a related field. Additionally, candidates must have superior writing and verbal communication skills and a persuasive and amiable demeanor. The ability to quickly adapt in a constantly changing industry is a must for success. Individuals will work from the firm's Southborough headquarters and will be expected to travel to their assigned territory.
