The MandateConnection platform is a Web-based application that not only has an active investor database but also a robust contact management system. Current and accurate data is critical to successful fundraising, but funds also need tools to execute their marketing efforts.

Manage Investor Information

Fund managers use the MandateConnection contact management system to create a consolidated list of prospects and investors. Managers import contacts into the BHA platform or export investor information to an internal database. They also save BHA investor information as vCards on their internal systems.

Create a Task List

Without a detailed plan, little gets done. Therefore, fund managers rely on our contact management system to create and schedule a detailed list of marketing tasks.

Monitor Campaign Progress

When a marketing campaign is under way, fund managers use the BHA system to build a pipeline of investor prospects, track the status of each, and generate forecasts and other progress reports.
