Our database is constantly updated and scrubbed by the industry’s largest team of analysts focused on hedge fund, private equity and real estate investor research. This provides clients with the most up to date, accurate and practical information regarding investor searches and preferences. Furthermore, the database is designed to allow for pin-point searches based on actual client fund strategy, track record, sector or geographic focus and 12 other qualifiers. The extensive search capability allows for easy navigation across investors specifically interested in funds with our clients characteristics.
- Custom Lead Generation- Clients have access to the work of BHA's 20 person team of senior research professionals. The team speaks with over 200-300 investors per day in order to find clients matches for their investment strategy.
- Custom Investor Research and Marketing Support- Custom investor research based on clients specifications ("please find me all family offices in North Carolina interested in asset backed lending," etc.). If a client is on location, BHA can be relied upon to help find them meetings, do on-the-fly fact checking on a potential investor, and act as each client's mobile S.W.A.T. team for support. - Marketing Consulting - BHA clients can leverage the extensive hedge fund marketing experience of BHA staff members to

Lead Generation
- In the initial 12 week period an analyst targets potential investor matches through our 35,000 investor network database for a particular fund.
- The analysts will make about 600 calls on the funds behalf with a hit rate of 4%, twice the industry average, delivering a fund about 25-35 customized leads (about 2 per week)
- The client can access BHA’s web-based lead generation platform which is wired to our database of investors to search for matched investors, usually resulting in 75-100 additional leads
- BHA leads cut allocation times because they are fresh, accurate and timely.
- BHA finds precise fits that match the manager strategy and the investor mandate

Marketing/sales/road show support
- Help with road shows by finding prospective candidates to call on from the BHA database
- Call and qualify any leads that a manager wants vetted. For example leads from a conference or a road trip
